Kevin Zeggers returns to Gossip Girl as Damien, the boy who so ruefully scorned Jenny. I’m shaking my fist at him as we speak! Boys who leave girls that don’t put out aren’t just a horrible urban legend, they do exist on the Upper East Side. Even Brooklyn! (Plus, reality – I mean, just watch an episode of The Bachelor or something for confirmation.)
